Limited Warranty

Century Drive Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service by the original purchaser for a period of (200) operating hours or (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship of the product when used in normal operations for private or commercial use, except:

WARRANTY BECOMES NULL & VOID IF:

1. When product is attached to power systems using Nitrous Oxide or any other exotic fuels,
2. When product is attached to any air driven boat, plane, or vehicle used in racing, performing of stunts or acrobatics,
3. When product is used during sub-standard conditions.

Century Drive Systems, Inc. assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper installation of the product, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable maintenance. During the limited time warranty period, covered defects will be repaired or the product replaced at the option of the manufacturer without charge to the customer if the product is shipped prepaid to:

Century Drive Systems, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage, or any special incidental, contingent or consequential damages resulting from any product failure. The exclusive remedy for any liability of the manufacturer in any case is the repair or replacement of the product or the return of the purchase price at the option of the manufacturer.
